Position Summary

The Air Conditioning Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete product lifecycle — from market analysis and concept definition to development, launch, and ongoing performance management. This role requires deep market understanding, strong product planning capabilities, and close collaboration with R&D;, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the air conditioning portfolio remains competitive within the white goods sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Demand Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to design effective product strategies.
- Gather feedback from customers and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities for current products.

2. Product Definition and Development
- Establish product features, specifications, and target segments based on market insights.
- Partner with the R&D; team to guide the creation of new products,



ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Oversee all stages of product development, including drafting product requirement documents, building roadmaps, and managing iterations.

3. Product Launch and Promotion
- Plan and execute launch strategies in coordination with marketing, sales, and channel partners to guarantee successful market introduction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional activities that strengthen brand awareness and product visibility.

- Track market performance and continuously refine product strategies based on analytical results.
