Requirements
- Successfully pass an initial interview and language requirements (B2 or above English proficiency level)
- Hold a Mexican Identification and a high school diploma (or equivalent).




- Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably within a call center environment.
