The Marketplace Site Merchandiser supports content uploads, listing QA, and catalog maintenance across Amazon, Mercado Libre, Dafiti, and other marketplaces. This role helps ensure product listings are fully optimized, error-free, and compliant with platform requirements.
Responsibilities
Content Uploads & Listing Management
- Assist with uploading new listings in Amazon Seller Central, Mercado Libre, Dafiti, etc.
- Populate or edit bullets, backend fields, and keywords using structured templates
- Monitor listing status and flag suppressed or incomplete SKUs
QA & Compliance
- QA images, copy, and metadata against platform standards
- Cross-check active listings for pricing or stock errors
- Assist in formatting and uploading A+ Content blocks
Platform Support
- Help track performance KPIs across platforms (CTR, reviews, returns)
- Support senior team members with product and seasonal updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years in digital merchandising, marketplace support,
or catalog operations
- Experience with at least one marketplace backend (Amazon, Meli, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with solid writing/editing skills
- Fluent in Spanish; English a strong plus
