Role Overview
You will be responsible for executing and optimizing the technical workflows required to migrate production server clusters, virtual workloads, SAN‑attached systems, and data centre workloads from VMware vSphere to Microsoft Hyper‑V environments, managed centrally with System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).
You will collaborate with Arcadion architects and infrastructure leads to build repeatable migration patterns, stabilize cluster performance, and ensure hypervisor parity is maintained during transition.
