In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Accounts Payable operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of invoices. you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will gain hands-on experience by:* Serving as a primary point of contact for nVent employees regarding payable invoices and issue resolution.* Processing a high volume of invoices (100–200+ per day), including three-way matching, two-way matching, non-PO invoices, and intercompany invoices.* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail by obtaining proper approvals in accordance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines and maintaining compliance with SOX controls.* Applying strong analytical skills to work directly with vendors to reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding invoice discrepancies.* Calculating and applying use tax as required, in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.* Assisting with GRNI and RNV reporting by actioning and monitoring assigned items and coordinating with General Ledger and AP Analysts to resolve discrepan
