The Practice Lead champions architecture tooling for visualization and documentation, defines and tracks key metrics for continuous improvement, and serves as a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives,



providing high-level guidance and hands-on support to business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE):* Activate and coordinate Enterprise Architects with domain-specific insights at the right time.* Establish and manage governance and demand models for engaging with the CoE for both IT projects and product teams.* Ensure architecture review processes (e.g., ARB) are followed for deployment and solution design.* Oversee the development and deployment of architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models.* Enable collaboration through Communities of Practice (COP), sharing best practices, frameworks, and lessons learned across architecture disciplines.Strategic Architecture Planning and Road Mapping:* Develop and maintain 1-3-5 year technology and capability roadmaps using tools like the Enterprise Architecture Radar.* Drive alignment across technology investments and architecture evolution with business strategy.Tooling and Visualization:* Champion the use of architecture tooling (e.g., SharePoint, PowerPoin
