and the validation of transactional flows. The role involves functional analysis, incident follow‐up, testing, documentation, and comprehensive support within the AMS operating model.Main Responsibilities### 1) Incident and Request Management (AMS)* Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents related to SAP PI/PO, including integration monitoring, review of mappings, adapters, channels, queues, traces, and error logs.* Address incidents and requests in SAP CAR, validating processes such as POSDTA, TLOG loading, sales, inventory, and data reconciliation.* Verify the correct flow of information between SAP, PI/PO, CAR, and external systems, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.* Manage tickets according to priority, impact, SLA requirements, and operational guidelines established by the AMS service model.### 2) Functional Analysis and Process Validation* Review and valida
