You will report to the LATAM Compliance Operations Lead and work closely with our LATAM Regulatory and Compliance Head, Global Compliance Managers and cross‑functional teams across LATAM, Head Quarters, and beyond. As part of the Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) function, led by our Head of LRC, you will help shape compliance operations in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fintech environment. Though headquartered in Hong Kong, we have team members working remotely in LATAM. This is a high‑impact role idóneo for someone with a strong command of end‑to‑end compliance operations, global AML regulatory awareness, and a proactive mindset capable of balancing strategy and execution in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

What You’ll Do
- Own and drive end‑to‑end compliance operations across client lifecycle stages and transaction flows.
