Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will support multiple U.S.-based entities and play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and offboarding.
This position requires direct experience supporting employee relations for U.S.-based companies, with regular interaction and communication with American employees and managers. You will help ensure compliance with U.S. employment practices, support employee needs, and contribute to a positive, professional, and compliant work environment.
You will work closely with the Human Resources Director and collaborate with teams across the United States and Mexico, ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & HR Support: Support employee relations for U.S.-based employees and managers, providing guidance and assistance on HR-related matters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, helping resolve questions and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Handle sensitive employee matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Support leave administration, employee separations, and HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable U.S. employment regulations.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
- Process employee changes, including position, personal, and compensation updates, in BambooHR and ADP.
- Enter new hire information into HR systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, invoice approvals, and employee communication.
