One of our companies is currently looking for a Junior IT Automation Engineer in Brazil / Argentina / Colombia / Peru / Ecuador / Mexico / Uruguay.

This is a unique opportunity for an early-career technologist who's passionate about AI, automation, and the future of agentic systems. In this role, you'll be hands-on with real tools—helping to streamline IT workflows, integrate SaaS platforms, and experiment with cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll contribute to automation projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable exposure to security operations and low-code platforms.

Accountabilities:
- Assist in automating internal workflows using low-code tools like Make and n8n
- Support tool integration and system maintenance (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Notion)
- Work on AI-driven agentic systems using technologies like LangChain, CrewAI, and Cursor AI
- Participate in InfoSec operations such as access controls and incident response
- Collaborate on building automation prototypes and AI agents for internal use
- Document processes, maintain system integrity, and contribute to a culture of innovation

Requirements
- Strong interest in AI automation, LLMs, and emerging agentic systems
- Basic experience with Python or JavaScript, ideally for automation or scripting
- Exposure to platforms like LangChain, OpenAI, or CrewAI, even through personal or online projects
