We are seeking an Associate Client Service Specialist to provide quality customer support to our new and existing customer base at Infor Nexus within the Integral Services organization.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

* Interact with customers and manage inquiries via phone, e-mail, and our CRM support tool.
* Respond to customer queries by utilizing product knowledge and or resource tools to research, follow-up, ensure appropriate escalation if applicable and document resolution details.
* Assist customers with completing transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, while understanding their specific requirements.
* Communicate with partners and various. departments within our organization to ensure an integrated approach to managing our customers’ relationships.
* Administer customer training on various functions.
* Document support procedures and solutions for common issues.




* Assist with training team members.

Basic Qualifications:

* Customer Service and/or Operations experience supporting a software application.
* Customer management skills.
* Verbal and written communication both in English and Spanish.
* Experience working in a team environment.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in supply chain management and/or logistics management.
* Experience with Freight Forwarders, Logistics Service Providers and Carriers.
* Experience with International Trade, Incoterms.
* Experience with EDI or technical mapping.

Note:

* MX Team comes 3 times a week (from Tuesday to Thursday) so that they are all together for team collaboration.
* Current MX team schedule is 8:30am - 5:30pm PST with 1 hour lunch.
* Work during MX holidays that falls within weekdays (team rotation schedule.)
