What will you do?
- Support the credit management team in reviewing customer accounts and understanding credit risk assessment processes
- Work closely with Credit Analysts to learn how customer credit exposure is evaluated and monitored
- Assist with collection activities by helping track outstanding balances and preparing customer account information
- Observe and participate in customer interactions related to payment follow-up and dispute resolution
- Help analyze payment trends and account data to identify patterns and support team projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to credit, finance, and customer relationship management processes




- Contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing analytical and professional skills
