The Human Resource Senior Manager acts as an HR Business Partner to the Office Head(s) and Talent Partner for Mexico City and Monterrey offices.
The HR Senior Manager is responsible for all activities across core functional areas of local Human Resources to ensure delivery of high-quality service and driving strategic local office programs related to talent of all business departments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Acts as HR Business Partner to Talent Partner in development of local office people strategy and implement tracking/feedback mechanisms to ensure performance against the plan
- Partners effectively with local leadership team to
- Deliver quality and relevant initiatives and programs including performance management, compensation, learning and development, global training, communication (office-wide, class-specific, individual), connectedness, promotion processes, and retention
- Provide recommendations and support to ensure all local employee engagement initiatives are aligned with the broader America’s talent strategy
- Oversees HR programs and activities including Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Feedback Systems, International Transfers, and Departure procedures
- Implements integral HR programs locall
