Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups, referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers in a timely manner, ensuring strong alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to understand position requirements, market trends, and sourcing priorities across multiple corporate functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and sustained engagement throughout the process.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and progress within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing strategies and channel effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative sourcing tools to continuously enhance talent attraction efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably for corporate roles (Finance, IT, HR, Logistics, Sales).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, etc.).
