Description

The Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and seamless cross-departmental workflows. This role requires strong strategic planning, leadership, and performance monitoring to drive operational excellence. The position is accountable for meeting daily production and quality targets,



fulfilling customer requirements, and minimizing manufacturing costs through the application of advanced lean manufacturing techniques

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, adapt and interpret reports and budgets
- Conduct plant capacity studies to align volume with requirements and delivery timelines
- Determine production headcount through capacity analysis
- Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance programs.
- Enforce company quality and manufacturing standards.
- Application of programs, and manufacturing techniques
- Comply with internal work regulations related to safety, equipment care, and workplace conduct.
- Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal levels of quality, efficiency, safety, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Coordinate shift activities to meet production, cost, quality, and productivity goals, while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and HR departments.
