Knowledge Manager – Consumer & Technology (CTT) – Mexico City

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Knowledge Manager based in Mexico to support our global Consumer, Telco & Technology (CTT) business. The role reports directly to the CTT Knowledge Expert in Madrid and involves substantial interaction with the global CTT Knowledge team. An immediate start date is available for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key resource for CTT Partners and Consultants to help them be commercially successful and impactful by providing timely information and resources.
- Identify, collect, and curate valuable CTT intellectual capital for reuse as knowledge assets.




- Maintain knowledge and file systems while developing databases and tools to store and share key insights for business development, account management, etc.
- Support or lead specific aspects of the CTT Knowledge Plan, including effectively managing senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Create, take ownership of, and/or maintain specific CTT knowledge products as directed by the Knowledge Expert.

Experience Required
- Educated to Degree level.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in knowledge management, research, business development, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience in one or more sectors within the CTT industry (e.g., retail and distribution, consumer goods, telecom and media, technology, business services, leisure, and hospitality).
- Adecuado candidates will have prior experience in strategy or management consulting.
