Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary representative of Del Cabo Weddings to clients, hotel partners, venues, and high-level industry stakeholders.
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, and key players within the luxury wedding industry in Los Cabos.
- Oversee the execution of operations and service protocols, ensuring all weddings meet the highest industry standards of quality and logistics.
- Supervise and monitor work orders and their execution.
- Manage the planning, logistics, and overall supervision of select destination weddings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, floral, furniture) to deliver seamless, high-impact client experiences.
