Job Responsibilities
- Lead Inland First Mile operations to ensure reliable, predictable, and cost-efficient delivery performance across all transportation modes.
- Set and drive annual operational targets, using performance metrics and KPIs to monitor service quality and proactively address deviations from product or customer standards.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with CX, Procurement, Finance, Product, HSSE, and CI teams to optimize processes, controls, and standardization.
