We are currently seeking a Road Safety Coordinator with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.

Shift availability

Monday to Saturday: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

English proficiency

English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the company's safety policies and procedures by conducting regular review meetings with staff and monitoring the company's CVOR safety rating.
- Perform monthly driver vehicle inspections and log audits to ensure compliance with DOT and MTO Hours of Service regulations.
- Process IRP applications and create truck binders for owner‑operators, ensuring all truck authority documents remain current.
- Maintain accurate records of tractor and trailer maintenance,



including preventive maintenance bills for both owner‑operators and company units.
- Register and track all accident claims, update documentation, maintain the crash frequency register, and review loss run reports.
- Evaluate and monitor the company's safety rating by regularly updating the Risk Factor spreadsheet.
- Review and follow up persistently on traffic tickets, convictions, and accidents.
- Monitor federal and provincial safety regulations to stay current with compliance programs and implement necessary changes.
- Manage truck and trailer files efficiently, including two years of annual inspections, repair bills, and CVOR documentation for each vehicle and driver file.
- Review CVOR records and handle permit applications and renewals, including IRP processes.
- Provide support to drivers with issues related to weight scales, tolls, and similar concerns.
