Sync Tech is seeking a Supply Chain Implementation Consultant for its Belgian client, OMP, a general leader in digitized supply chain planning. Their software integrates advanced intelligence for rapid, informed decision-making across supply networks, serving industries like consumer goods, life sciences, chemicals, and packaging.
Role Overview:
As a supply chain consultant, you equip customers with supply chain planning solutions. You analyze planning challenges, assist in the solution design, implement and validate the solution, and ensure a smooth “go-live”. Customers rely on your support throughout the entire project life cycle. In this role,



you will primarily work with US-based clients and collaborate closely with US project teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Find innovative planning solutions in collaboration with solution architects
- Implement solutions from start to finish with customer project teams
- Provide expertise during and after implementation
- Train customers to maximize solution potential
- Document implemented solutions with technical and functional notes
- Collaborate effectively with US clients and project teams to meet objectives
- Travel to customer sites up to 20% of your working time

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, preferably completed with a Master’s degree with a specialization in Production Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
- Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn new software
- Flexibility to travel
- Team player with friendly and open attitude
