- answers and follows customer requirements .
- updates databases and communicates effectively with internal and external customers .
- is capable of handling more than two customers at a time .
- upgrades the production program and makes necessary adjustments when contingencies arise.
perform other duties as assigned.
other requirements:
- cas, windows office (excel macros and visual basic is a plus).
- experience in production control.
- mrp environment knowledge.
- demand balance and min max systems experience.
- proven communication,
teamwork and negotiation skills.
- analytical and proactive capacity.
- ability to work under pressure.
- advanced english level.
