As a Senior Associate in the Acceleration Center - Commercial & Service Excellence (CSX) - Contact Center Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by analyzing client needs and developing customer-centric solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
You will motivate and inspire others, coaching team members to deliver quality work and manage performance effectively.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be responsible for taking ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor others, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Leading projects by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing tasks to meet client expectations
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage growth beyond their comfort zones
- Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve customer engagement and retention
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption of new tools and methodologies
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
