As a Senior Associate in the Acceleration Center - Commercial & Service Excellence (CSX) - Contact Center Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by analyzing client needs and developing customer-centric solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your work will involve designing customer journey maps and offering guidance to help clients enhance their customer interactions and drive business growth.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for motivating and developing team members, managing performance, and delivering on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery, encouraging others to do the same.
You will also take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, execution, and completion, while mentoring others and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Leading projects by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing tasks to meet client expectations
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage growth beyond their comfort zones
- Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve customer engagement and retention
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption of new tools and methodologies
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement to contribute to the success of the firm
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating skills in Customer Experience (CX) Design and Strategy
