We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer based in Mexico who can turn real business processes into reliable AI-enabled workflows.

This is not a research role. We want a builder who can work directly with business users, understand how work gets done, and then automate it.

Experience with some of the following is highly relevant:

- AI agents and LLM APIs
- Python / JavaScript / Deluge
- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth
- n8n, Make, Power Automate
- Zoho One and Zoho APIs
- RAG and document intelligence
- Workflow automation and systems integration

The initial focus will be on automating real operational workflows across recruiting, finance, CRM, proposals, administration, and reporting. Remote — Mexico
