and optimize SaaS-based Total Reward HR systems such as Workday in collaboration with IT, Payroll and external vendors.* Solicits, develops, documents and manages business, functional and technical requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements.* Conduct system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing; manage release notes and validate post-deployment changes.* Apply foundational knowledge of system architecture and software development methodologies to support system enhancements.* Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, training materials, and release notes to support system users.Stakeholder Collaboration* Partner with functional teams (Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, Payroll, etc.) to assess business needs, document functional and technical requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions.* Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate wit
