This role will serve as part of our global people focused organization strategically aligned to support sales and increased revenue utilizing customizable Human Resource people solutions.
Responsibilities
This position focuses on creating a comprehensive HR strategy and solution that directly aligns and supports the Cognizant strategy for new business opportunities driving a higher employee acceptance & retention rate while adhering to each clients business objectives and considering the employee engagement experience. Manage the RFI/RFP bid responses for large/complex opportunities within the LATAM region in coordination with business teams Develop innovative end-to-end people solution design that enables Cognizant to achieve the companys business goals and objectives Advisory role to strategic engagements on employment matters and provide counseling coaching and problem solving to ensure compliance with local laws Establish strong customer engagement and lead all client facing interactions (oral presentations due diligence solution design town halls day one offer letter client status reporting and meetings) Lead due diligence and identification of people implications risk analysis on costs and liabilities legal contractual
