Responsibilities

- Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes.
- Manage resources to fulfill production and cost objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety rules.
- Manage budgets aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.




- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of problem solving, lean manufacturing, IATF standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
