Base pay range
$69.00/hr - $79.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Capado Release Manager to lead and oversee deployment processes, version control, and release management within a dynamic Salesforce environment for our client. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free Salesforce releases using Capado, while collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Release Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless deployment processes.
- Capado Expertise: Manage and configure Capado release pipelines,



automating deployments and optimizing workflows.
- Version Control: Oversee the use of Git and other version control tools within Capado for Salesforce applications.
- Environment Management: Maintain multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, and Production), ensuring readiness for releases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and admins to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate release risks, troubleshooting deployment issues swiftly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain release notes, deployment plans, and technical documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the release process, including automation and best practices.

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce release management.
