- Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesrelatedtotestcoverage,efficiency,andproductreliability.
- Supportfailureanalysisandcorrectiveactionimplementation.

Qualitification





- Bachelor'sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,ElectronicsEngineering,MechatronicsEngineering,orrelatedfield.
- 3+yearsofexperienceinRFtesting,electronicsmanufacturing,ortestengineering.
- StrongknowledgeofRFmeasurementequipment,includingspectrumanalyzers,networkanalyzers,signalgenerators,andoscilloscopes.
- ExperiencetroubleshootingPCBA(PrintedCircuitBoardAssemblies) atcomponentlevel.
- MandatoryknowledgeofIPC-A-610forelectronicasassembliesandacceptabilitycriteria.
- UnderstandingofSMTmanufacturingprocessesandelectroniccomponents.
- Experienceworkinginahigh-volumemanufacturingenvironment.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
- AdvancedEnglishcommunicationskills(writtenandverbal).
