Demant in Mexico is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations consultant to join a integral team. You will provide ongoing support to super users and business analysts, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution while owning incidents and service requests through closure.
You will monitor the backlog in ServiceNow, coordinate with cross-functional teams for high-quality solutions, and help with training and UAT testing around code releases.
