What You'll Do

As a SAP PMO Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you’re not just filling a role—you’re becoming a catalyst for operational excellence and digital transformation. You will:
- Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions.
- Ensure alignment with global business processes and drive standardization across all operations.

Global Project Delivery
- Spearhead SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects,



collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions and oversee end-to-end process integration.

Change & Stakeholder Management
- Prioritize and execute SAP Change Requests, assessing their impact on business processes, integrations, and data.
- Engage with executive, managerial, and operational stakeholders to align SAP solutions with strategic goals and facilitate smooth change adoption.

Team Development & Governance
- Mentor and develop a team of SAP functional analysts/consultants, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
- Own and maintain functional documentation.
- Drive process excellence by promoting SAP best practices and identifying opportunities for technological innovation.
- Support critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-go-live activities to ensure operation
