BD Mexico is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the sterilization operation. You will partner with site leaders to implement HR programs, drive employee engagement, manage performance, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
You will lead talent acquisition collaboration and oversee payroll-related services, benefits and employee programs. Idóneo candidates have 5+ years in HR (Generalist/BP), experience in manufacturing or regulated environments, and strong English communication.
