You will play a key role in data accuracy, invoice preparation, and pricing support, helping ensure billing processes run efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities # Accurately transfer data from reports into spreadsheets # Track trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customers # Cross‑check rate confirmations against shipment orders to ensure accurate billing # Assist Billing and Pricing specialists with daily tasks to improve team productivity # Support bid processing using pricing and bid management platforms # Review,
analyze, and organize billing, pricing, and trailer documentation # Perform trailer tracking and detection using Excel # Support pricing‑related tasks ️ Technical Skills &
