Job Title: Business Analyst with ecommerce Domain Experience

Work mode: work from office

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Retail and eCommerce to lead business analysis activities for large-scale digital transformation and implementation projects. The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, documenting functional specifications, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions.

The candidate should have successfully executed new implementation projects and possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business users and product owners.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Wireframes (where required)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support data mapping, integration requirements, and third-party system analysis.
- Identify business risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure solution alignment with business goals and customer experience expectations.

- Experience working with distributed offshore/onshore teams.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong experience working directly with client stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst Certification (Preferred).
- Scrum Certification is an added advantage.
