- Lead weekly buy and inventory management for assigned categories, ensuring alignment to service and inventory targets.
- Own Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and supplier investment strategies to balance availability and working capital.
- Drive consensus demand planning with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning.
- Proactively manage supply constraints and risk mitigation with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze in-stock, fill rate, and forecast accuracy performance, leading initiatives to improve KPIs.
- Partner on promotional and lifecycle planning for demand shifts and new product introductions.
- Lead excess and obsolete inventory reduction strategies through data-driven insights and cross-functional action plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices in demand planning workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior planners.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as P21, Slimstock, or similar.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Strategic mindset balancing short-term execution and long-term planning.




- Strong influencing skills and ability to drive stakeholder alignment without direct authority.
- Track record of improving forecast accuracy, service levels, or inventory productivity.
