Job description

Responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team, supporting existing applications, and participating in the design and development of new solutions.



Acts as a liaison between software architects and developers, promoting and ensuring best practices, quality, and the adoption of the BIA framework.

Desirable Knowledge:

Scrum, Project Management.

English / Travel:

English proficiency required for collaboration with international teams.

Functions:

- Lead and support the development, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
- Guide and mentor developers, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Participate in requirement analysis with business and project leaders.
- Provide technical documentation and ensure information integrity.
- Collaborate closely with software architects and ensure the evolution of BIA framework and related tools.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidate skills & requirements

Specific Knowledge:

C#, MVC, SSIS, ASP.NET, Angular, PrimeNG, .NET Core, Entity Framework, TypeScript, SQL Server, Python, GIT, Azure DevOps (CI/CD).

Position needed to strengthen technical leadership, promote the use of the BIA framework, mentor junior developers, and act as a bridge between architecture and development teams.
