- Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks
- Provide support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair
- Guarantee correct stamping of work performed
- Ensure process flow by communicating when the work is finished
- Check availability of tools and parts
- Perform visual inspections of the vehicle
- Manage any deviations that arise
- Communicate deviations and propose solutions
Requirements
- High school, preparatory or technical degree completed
- One year in a similar position
- Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics knowledge
- Knowledge of Scania products and services
- Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards
