This role is part of Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery, plays a key role in the Off-Catalog delivery model, handling procurement and the end-to-end Software Sales Process. This role supports sellers with operational tasks to improve efficiency and maintain a strong customer experience. The adecuado candidate has analytical skills, procurement expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams. They should be proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while ensuring flawless operations.
How a day-to-day would look like in this role.
- Run customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and proactive engagement.
- Be responsible for case management,



including quote handling and distributor differences.
- Build positive relationships with Account Managers and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Understand the customer lifecycle to improve service delivery.
- Handle long-term assignments and critical issues optimally.
- Handle end-to-end procurement for software purchases, from needs assessment to sourcing and negotiation.
- Coordinate with all teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
