Overview

Senior-level role is responsible for driving creative program delivery for a key automotive client in Mexico. This role combines strong project management expertise with client‑facing leadership and relationship management. Acts as a production partner, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams while building trust, maintaining quality standards, and enabling predictable execution across integrated onshore and nearshore workstreams.

Responsibilities





The Senior Producer will serve as the primary Mexico‑based website production lead supporting a high-profile automotive client. This is a hybrid role combining:
- Creative Project Management
- Client‑facing leadership and relationship building
- Cross‑functional project management
- Primary liaison between internal teams and clients

The role is designed to strengthen client proximity, increase face time, build trust, and ensure sustained, reliable delivery. This position executes the structure and consistency required to manage growing workflow complexity while protecting long‑term business stability and revenue.

Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day production contact for Mexico‑based stakeholders – reviewing requirements, overseeing execution and QA.
- Build and rebuild trusted relationships with brand and marketing teams.
