About the Role -
As a Financial Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager LATAM and Operations Manager, Mexico you will be the vital link between our local operations and HQ finance teams. You’ll coordinate with third-party accountants, prepare insightful financial reports, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities -




- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports for local and HQ teams.
- Maintain strong communication with third-party advisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Monitor profitability across business areas including generator sales, parts, and service contracts.
- Support tax compliance and statutory filings in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Manage local financial transactions, expense systems, and invoice processing.
- Reconcile banking records monthly and support the transition of accounting systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Assist with local finance legal reporting requirements.

What we’re looking for -
- Certified accountant with solid experience in core accounting functions.
