Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer

About The Role

We're looking for Master's-level chemistry experts to help train and improve some of the world's most advanced AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry — from organic synthesis to biochemical pathways.

This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role. No AI experience required — just deep chemistry expertise and the ability to think critically and communicate clearly.

What You'll Do

- Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured logic across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps improve AI model outputs over time

Who You Are





- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating technical content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule
- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
