THE POSITION The Commercial Manager/Operations will lead the Mexico & North LATAM business, with full P&L; responsibility, driving growth, operational excellence, and market consolidation. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on the company’s international strategy.

THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years as Sales/Commercial Manager and also General Manager, Plant Manager or Director of Operations in a manufacturing operation. Ideally will have a background in agri-business (preferred) with a solid growth record of accomplishment.

P&L; management experience and international exposure are also required.
