We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Lead-GSES to provide critical operational support to the GSES team. You will be a central resource in coordinating contract-related workflows and ensuring smooth execution of processes across the contractor lifecycle
The Ops Lead - GSES is expected to master the team’s business processes, proactively identify and resolve issues, and escalate roadblocks when necessary to maintain efficiency and compliance. You will be building strong relationships with our internal clients (Project Delivery Teams, Account Executives, Resourcing and Finance Operations teams). This is a pivotal support role that requires attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Contract Administrators, the Contractor Coordinators, and the Recruiters
- Act as a key liaison between multiple internal teams (Project Delivery, Resourcing, Legal, Finance)



to ensure contract-related workflows are completed accurately and on time.
- Assign the new Contractor Recruitment Requests to the recruiters
- Support the General External Services VP with reporting, and process monitoring as needed.
- Master the business processes and systems used by the contractor management team; ensure adherence to policies, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor onboarding/offboarding activities and support all related documentation and coordination.
- Provide support to track contract status, key dates, deliverables, and compliance milestones across systems and dashboards.
- Identify and remove operational roadblocks to keep contract processes running smoothly.
- Proactively escalate issues, delays, or risks to the appropriate stakeholders, including senior leadership, when necessary.
