BPE ENGINEERING MANAGER
IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
Functions at a Senior Level of the organization to manage and exercise discretion over the day to day operations of the essential function and of Continuous Improvement of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop,



lead and execute NA continuous improvement initiatives including projects metrics and cost reduction initiatives to deliver results, including objective and target setting, measurement, monitoring, identification and escalation of roadblocks including resolution and follow up.
- Coach, train, develop, and engage team members throughout the various continuous improvement initiatives including lean methodologies, six sigma, VA/VE, TPS, VSM and other relevant continuous improvement tools.
- Work closely with all department personnel and coordinate resources to develop problem identification and resolution skills and culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and sustain CI activities by identifying champions and leaders to execute CI opportunities including manufacturing, administrative and development processes.
