Responsibilities

- Continuously recruit for operational, administrative, and managerial positions
- Develop the annual recruitment plan
- Manage hiring and vacancy reports
- Follow up with candidates
- Collect candidates' personal information
- Administer psychometric tests
- Complete the full recruitment cycle

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, People management, etc.
- 3 year of experience in Recruitment.
- 3 years of experience as a human resources generalist
- Advanced English
