C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Representative in Monterrey to help drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional service across our global supply chain network. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, transportation execution, and the overall success of our logistics operations. As a Logistics Representative, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, and proactively resolve transportation challenges to ensure freight moves efficiently and on time. You will leverage your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset to support operational goals, strengthen relationships, and contribute to business growth. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will play a key role in delivering reliable logistics solutions every day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:
- Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System
- Maintaining any team mailboxes
- Performing relationship and knowledge‑based exception management to any pre‑defined processes
- Document and organize existing standard operating processes
- Learn multiple job functions within assigned team
- Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers
- Meet operational metrics
- Conduct CHR systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives
- Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports




- Make fact‑based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR’s value proposition
- Act as a resource and support for peers when needed
- Understand and utilize CHR’s project‑based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

- Required: High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
- Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Ability to present to a variety of audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, analyze data and solve problems quickly and accurately
- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast‑paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks
