Join Bain & Company as a Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management (Technology, Media, and Telecom).
This full-time role supports our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Practice, primarily in the Americas region, with a focus on the technology sector (including Software, Hardware, Cloud, and related areas) and some involvement in media. The role reports to the Integral TMT Knowledge Manager.
Responsibilities
- Equip Partners and consulting staff with relevant expertise and resources, sharing curated Bain content, connecting experts within Bain, and collaborating with Information Services or Practice Centers of Excellence.
- Lead the capture and sharing of practice knowledge, including processing knowledge onto our global intranet, identifying content gaps, and managing metadata for search and analytics.
- Package and codify Bain's best thinking into insights, develop new content, and manage practice intranet pages.




- Oversee Knowledge Associates in maintaining the knowledge base and use AI tools to enhance work processes.
- Contribute to practice strategy, analyze performance drivers, support content planning, and drive engagement.
- Participate in team initiatives, provide coaching, and manage work plans for junior team members.

Qualifications
- BA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
- Preferred 3+ years of professional experience.
- Interest and experience in Technology and Media sectors, with knowledge of industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills, innovative problem-solving, and familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must work from the Mexico City GBS office three days a week.
