About This Role:

We are hiring a Video Editor to support a fast-growing D2C medical apparel brand based in Australia. This role focuses on producing high-performing video ads across Facebook and Instagram, blending direct response, VSL, and organic content styles. You will play a key role in scaling ad performance by consistently delivering engaging, conversion-driven creatives aligned with brand voice and audience insights.

Key Responsibilities:




- Produce 8–12 high-quality video ads per week across paid and organic channels
- Edit direct response, VSL, and organic-style content optimized for performance
- Repurpose and refresh existing creatives based on feedback and performance data
- Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for engagement and retention
- Ensure consistent brand tone, pacing, and visual quality across all outputs
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Stay updated on video trends, platform best practices, and ad formats
- Leverage AI tools to generate b-roll, visuals, and motion elements

Software/Platforms/Tools:
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Canva or similar tools for overlays and graphics
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, OpusClip, or similar platforms
- Video optimization tools for Meta and YouTube Ads
- Slack and Zoom for communication
