Descripción del empleo

El líder de producción cumple con los objetivos de trabajo establecidos, cuidando la integridad de su equipo y así lograr excelentes resultados que cumplan con calidad y tiempos de entrega utilizando sus recursos de manera optimizado. Debe mantener un enfoque del 100% de su tiempo en el proceso de producción. Coordinar al personal a su cargo para cumplir con los objetivos de producción, Seguridad, Calidad, Entregas, Rotación, Ausentismo, Horas Extras y Eficiencia.

Requisitos

- Preparatoria terminada.
- Tener dos años de experiencia en el rol productivo.
- Tener habilidades para liderear equipos de trabajo.
