We are currently accepting spontaneous applications for the position of Motion Designer, responsible for creating motion design assets across multiple entertainment and gaming clients, guiding the creative look and motion graphic assets flow for all projects in their assigned vertical. What are we looking for?

Communication
- Work with the Creative Leads and Project Managers to provide motion design concepts for a variety of executions across entertainment and gaming based social campaigns
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative team members to create original and innovative executions that drive fan engagement
- Partner with Social Media Managers and Creative Leads on client calls and asks, when applicable

Leadership
- Offer guidance to junior motion designers in regards to processes, files structures, animation techniques, new AE plugins, etc
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, explore new techniques to guide the team and push the boundaries of motion graphics
